Shipping Policy

We currently ship to countries within the European Union only.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Time Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are 5–20 business days depending on your location within the EU. Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs clearance or carrier delays outside our control.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days of your shipping confirmation, please contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.
